Tom
The hotel’s location was great, conveniently situated across from the biggest mall which connects to the central train station. The bathroom was modern, clean, and included toiletries. The staff were friendly and always helpful with our requests. The gym and pool facilities were top-notch and added to our relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
The room’s view was obscured by a tall building. Although the room itself was spacious and comfortable, the lack of natural light or outdoor views made it feel less inviting than expected.

Had a great weekend at this hotel! Received two complimentary drinks at check-in - what a nice surprise! The location was perfect - close to all the action and attractions. The hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool with amazing views. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was quite expensive and didn't include breakfast. Additionally, the parking was costly so we opted to park on the street instead. The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated. However, despite the negative aspects, we still had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

The free cookies at check-in were delicious and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to a train station and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The room was outdated and smelled musty. Additionally, the bathroom was poorly lit and the shower head was not adjustable. Customer service was lacking, with staff seeming disinterested in helping with any queries or issues. it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location and lovely gym During my recent city break, I was impressed by the location of the hotel. It was at the heart of the city, with easy access to all the top attractions. Additionally, I appreciated the complementary facts, a small yet thoughtful gesture. Another highlight was the gym - it was modern and well-equipped, making it a great place to work out.
Poor customer service and outdated rooms However, my experience was marred by poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me, and were quite unhelpful at times. Additionally, the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation. The decor was drab and uninspiring, and the furnishings looked old and worn out. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Superb location, the hotel is perfect with a loyal staff. Sunny patio was an advantage. Their doorman is the best!

I liked the Location the best about the metropolitan hotel Vancouver.

It was pretty good. Underground parking good but a little pricey. I guess that's normal for a hotel like this.
I wasn't the hotels fault but I didn't realize when I booked that twin beds means single beds. I am very large and had a hard time sleeping on the narrow bed.

The Metro was located perfectly for an easy walk to the waterfront and investigating the streets of Vancouver. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to park our car very inexpensively at an easy PARk garage directly across the street from the hotel. Our roomo was also upgraded, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
We needed some information from the consierge for location of a church and he just told us he didn't know because he was a Buddist. He made no effort to help us. We actually got the info from a consierge at another hotel.

Really like the location. Close and within walking to most place we wanted to visit. Really like the idea I could use the gym at no cost. Great idea and was of benefit as we did go to some great restaurants. Recommend if need accomodation in city.
